These are terms of use. The terms need to be fleshed out.

License Includes

• Access for registered students, faculty, staff, visiting scholars, researchers, and others with single sign-on access to your campus network, as well as walk-in patrons while on-site through streaming links and embed code powered by Docuseek
• In-class instruction, course management software, library research, extracurricular activities, and distance learning programs
• Public performances sponsored by the institution (no admission charged)
• Any other activity directly administered by the licensing campus

License Does NOT Include

• Access for other institutions (even within your district or state system)
• Downloading, copying, or redistributing content
• Charging admission for performances
• Access for users outside your authenticated network
